Safety information

Use the grid only on the BEER BOX Fire Basket, outdoors, on a fireproof surface and well clear of anything flammable. Burn dry, untreated firewood only, and follow the instructions supplied with the fire basket.

The grid reaches high cooking temperatures and stays hot long after the fire has died down. Lift it by the integrated handles using heatproof gloves or a grill tool, never bare hands, and keep it out of reach of children until it has cooled completely.

The grid drops straight onto the top of the BEER BOX Fire Basket. Nothing to assemble, nothing to bolt on. Put it on to cook, lift it off when you want the open fire back, and the box goes on doing everything else it already does.

5 mm rods, built-in handles

5 mm rods, built-in handles

Solid 5 mm polished stainless steel rods hold their shape over a live fire and leave clean bar marks on whatever you put on them. The handles are part of the grid, so you can lift it on and off with heatproof gloves to add another log part-way through cooking.

Does this fit the BEER BOX Fire Basket?
Yes. The grid is made for the BEER BOX Fire Basket and sits directly on top of it, with no tools or fixings. It will not fit the CUBE Fire Basket, the MOON Fire Basket or the CIRCLE 35 Tabletop Grill.

Is the fire basket included?
No. This listing is the cooking grid on its own. If you do not already own one, add the BEER BOX Fire Basket to your order as well.

How do I clean it?
Burn off the worst of the residue while the fire is still hot, then let the grid cool completely and scrub it with a grill brush and hot soapy water. Polished stainless steel discolours with use over an open fire. That is normal and does not affect how it performs.
